Château Rives-Blanques

Château Rives-Blanques is one of the few independent vineyards in the South of France specialising in quality white wines. Jan and Caryl Panman lived and worked in a dozen countries on four continents before Limoux’s wines and its beautiful countryside enticed them. They bought the estate in 2001 and have been involved, together with their winemaker Eric Vialade, in every stage of the vineyard management and winemaking process at Rives-Blanques ever since.
The maxim that great wine starts in the vineyard is certainly adhered to here; these vineyards were some of the first in France to be awarded the Agriculture Raisonnée accreditation by the Ministry of Agriculture, a reflection of the environmental integrity observed at this estate.
