1 x Corvina Verona IGT – Corvina is the queen of Veronese red grapes, typical of Valpolicella. The colour is ruby red with garnet reflections. It delivers a spicy bouquet with notes of vanilla and hints of cherry and black cherry. The palate is soft and round with sweet tannins that blend well with the wine texture. The finish is long, ending with spicy tones.
1 x Appassimento Rosso Veneto IGT Passito – “Appassimento” is a blend of 60% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella and 10% other varieties as per DOCG regulations. Following a rigorous blending process, both the appassimento and traditional methods are fused together in the production of this fine red wine. The result is this ruby red wine with garnet hints. With spiced aromas and notes of vanilla and cherry. The wine is full bodied and round with soft tannins and a long finish.
1 x Garganega Bianco Veronesse IGT – Garganega is the queen of white Veronese grape varieties, typical of Soave. Straw-yellow in colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it has a fine bouquet, with delicate notes of white fruit, lightly floral. Medium-bodied, harmonious, fresh, combining freshness with a final note of bitter almond, typical of the Garganega grape variety.
