Pale bright gold colour with green highlights. On the nose this Sauvignon blanc reveals ripe yellow fruits (vine peach, exotic fruits) then mineral smoky notes. On the palate the attack is fresh and intense, vigorous and deep. It ends on salinity and roundness.
