“Appassimento” is a blend of 60% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella and 10% other varieties as per DOCG regulations. Following a rigorous blending process, both the appassimento and traditional methods are fused together in the production of this fine red wine. The result is this ruby red wine with garnet hints. With spiced aromas and notes of vanilla and cherry. The wine is full bodied and round with soft tannins and a long finish.
